On receiving this filled form we will send you an official invitation. After that please aplly with this invitation letter to the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country for the Russian visa.

 As soon as you will have your tickets bought, please inform us about the correct dates and time of your arrival and departure and the flight numbers. We need them to make the hotel reservation for you and for transport arrangements (airport -hotel) on the days of the conference. 

The local organizing committee will make the hotel reservation and provide transport for you from Novosibirsk airport to the hotel and back
